Level 5 Renovation
How we work

From first call to final handover.

Every Level 5 project moves through five clear phases. The shape changes from project to project, but the rhythm doesn't.

01
ListeningWeeks 1–2

Listening before drawing.

We meet at your home, or in our studio, for a long unhurried conversation. We walk through the rooms together, ask how you live in them, what's working, what isn't. You'll leave with a written brief that holds everything we've heard — before a single line is drawn.

What you'll receive
Site report & written brief
Listening
02
DesigningWeeks 3–8

Drawing the room around how you live.

We develop concept plans, material palettes, and 3D views that let you see the project before it exists. Two or three rounds of revision are normal. We don't move forward until you can picture yourself living in the result.

What you'll receive
Feasibility study & design package

CoordinatingWeeks 8–12

Bringing the right hands to the table.

We tender the work with our trusted Swiss partners, returning with detailed budgets, timelines, and a clear sequence of trades. You see every quote, every line item. Nothing is hidden behind a single all-in number.

What you'll receive
Detailed budget & project timeline

BuildingWeeks 12–32

On site, every week.

Stefanie is on site every week, sometimes more. You get a written report after each visit with photographs, decisions made, and any items that need your input. When something changes, you hear about it within the day, not at the next invoice.

What you'll receive
Weekly site reports & transparent invoicing

HandoverWeek 33

The keys, and a folder of warranties.

We walk through the finished home together, listing anything that needs touching up. We hand over a complete project file with all warranties, manuals, and care notes. A photographer documents the work for our portfolio, with your permission.

What you'll receive
Project file & post-handover photography

Begin

Most projects begin with a single conversation.

Beyond architecture and renovation, Level 5 also coordinates landscape design, general contracting, painting, and plastering for existing clients. Mention what you have in mind when you get in touch.
